Hi everyone!
Here I am with the fifth and final ILNP post. I hope you’ve been loving these polishes as much as I have. Today I’m showing you Cygnus Loop. Cygnus loop is available for purchase here.
At first glace this may appear similar to Birefringence, but it’s actually quite different. Cygnus loop has a purple base while Birefringence has a blue base with a purple shift. Cygnus loop starts purple and shifts orange-gold-green. Since this is the holographic version, it’s also filled with stunning sparkly holographic particles.
You can see the shift really well on the above picture if you look at the bottle. On my nails, you mostly see the purple, with a little of the orange shift. But in the bottle, you can see purple, orange, gold, and even tinges of green. All these colours appear on the nail as well at the right angles, but it’s tough to capture in a photograph!
Just look at that gold shift on the bottle! Stunning! I took a couple of non-lightbox photos just so you could see how the polish looks under direct lighting:
As you can see, the holo comes out a little more, although it’s much more intense in sunlight.
On my thumb you can see how this polish shows both multichrome shift and holographic shift at the same time. Incredible!
This one isn’t a great photo but it shows how the polish transforms to a lovely burnt orange at the right angle 🙂
If you’re still looking, here are a few more lightbox photos of this beauty:
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing all my stunning ILNP polishes and that you liked Cygnus Loop (H)! I love it! 😀
