If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me post a picture of my very first stamping attempt with my new squishy stamper. I didn’t post it on the blog because my broken nail wasn’t looking too good – but my first attempt with the new stamper looked great! Today I’m showing you the results of my second attempt. I’ve been eyeing this spiderweb image for ages and this was the perfect opportunity to use it. I started off with Tip Top Kingfisher, a stunning crelly dark blue.
My stamping isn’t perfect but I think it’s pretty good with a brand new stamper! Considering how long it took me to be able to stamp semi-decently with a normal stamper, I have high hopes for the squishy. Of course, it comes with its own problems – like attracting every scrap of dust in the house and constantly falling out of its holder – but hopefully I can make it work anyway!
Hopefully as I get better you won’t see strange things like that happening on my thumb anymore! What is great is how easy it was to reach the edges of my nails on my other nails – that was always a challenge for me with the normal stamper and my curved nails.
