Hi everyone!

Today I’m giving the Neverending Pile Challenge a skip because I don’t have any solar or thermal polishes. I do have some fun nail art for you though! negative-space-nail-art-striping-tape-born-pretty-store-holo-#12-tip-top-nail-chic-rocky-roadNear the beginning of the challenge, Missy from Gnarly Gnails created these nails featuring a glitter topper over a striped negative space background. Negative space nails have been a growing trend which I wasn’t quite sure about, but her design sold me on them. I love the addition of the glitter topper! negative-space-nail-art-striping-tape-born-pretty-store-holo-#12-tip-top-nail-chic-rocky-roadFor my version of her look, I started with a base coat. Once it was dry, I applied several rows of striping tape and painted on the stripes with Born Pretty Store Holo polish #12. negative-space-nail-art-striping-tape-born-pretty-store-holo-#12-tip-top-nail-chic-rocky-roadI peeled off the tape and added a couple of coats of Tip Top Rocky Road, one of my favourite glitter toppers! negative-space-nail-art-striping-tape-born-pretty-store-holo-#12-tip-top-nail-chic-rocky-roadI finished with a top coat and I love the result! The glitter topper really makes the negative space thing work for me. negative-space-nail-art-striping-tape-born-pretty-store-holo-#12-tip-top-nail-chic-rocky-roadWhat do you think of this look? I hope you liked it! 🙂negative-space-nail-art-striping-tape-born-pretty-store-holo-#12-tip-top-nail-chic-rocky-road
