Hi everyone!
Today I have some super simple nails to share with you. These nails were originally meant as the base for some stamping, but my stamping was just a disaster. I have been struggling with stamping lately and on this day it just wouldn’t work for me. Luckily I took pictures before I started stamping and the base still makes for a very pretty manicure. I started with a base of Tip Top Melting Marshmallows. Once it was dry, I took some cling wrap (saran wrap) and crumpled it into a ball. I used the polish brushes to dab on blobs of Melting Marshmallows and Essie In The Cab-ana one nail at a time. I used the ball of cling wrap to dab it until I was happy with the look and that was it.
Simple as this is, I think it is really pretty and I am crazy about the colour combination. It made me think of actual marble, even though it is the wrong colour for that.
This technique is very simple to do and the results are always lovely – I must remember to try it more often!
