Hi everyone!

If you saw my post last week you’ll be glad to know that I am doing a lot better and I’m back to work today. I also have a new post to share with you! If you’re following me on Snapchat, you would have seen the fun nail art package I recently got from Born Pretty Store (and if not – my snapcode is in the sidebar!). The package included a turquoise stamping polish which I will be sharing with you today. Painted Fingertips| Floral stamping over black

The first test of a good stamping polish is opacity Рhow well does it stamp over a dark colour? That is the first thing I decided to try with 15ml Born Pretty Nail Art Stamping Polish in turquoise (#18). I started with a base of Elevation Fireflies in a Dark Meadow, which is a black base filled with flakies.Painted Fingertips| Floral stamping over black

I stamped over it using the turquoise stamping polish and Born Pretty Store stamping plate BPL-029. As you can see, it stamped beautifully! The turquoise was perfectly opaque and showed up vibrantly over the darker base.

I was really happy with this and I loved this manicure! I decided to do a second look as well, to show you how it stamps over a lighter shade.

For this look, I started with a base of Elevation Walk a Little Farther and added the gold leaf with Elevation Hidden Falls. Again, I stamped using the BPS turquoise stamping polish, and this time I used Moyou plate Suki Collection 04 for the image. I was really happy with this stamping polish. I don’t have many specific stamping polishes and working with this one was a dream. I’ll definitely be going back to see what other colours I want! Painted Fingertips | Asa no ha stamping turquoise over gold leaf and pastel base

If you’d like to try this stamping polish, it’s available here: 15ml Born Pretty Nail Art Stamping Polish.

What do you think of these two looks? Which do you like best? I’m leaning towards the first one, although I liked them both!
