It’s time for another post in the Crumpet’s Nail Tarts 40 great ideas series, and today’s theme is summer. I decided to go with some pretty summery colours and of course, flowers!
To start off with, I created a gradient using Elevation Tribal Pink and Chinese Purple Water Cress. These two are just made for each other! Such a lovely gradient needed some floral stamping and I went with Moyou plate Suki 07.
I’ve really been enjoying the flowers throughout the Spring and early Summer here – it’s interesting living in a different place and seeing the different local flora! Summer has always been my favourite season, simply because it’s warm. I remember conversations with my sister, who likes winter, who would say that cold weather is better because you can always add clothes when you’re cold but you can’t always wear less when you’re warm. Well, you know what I say to that? Warm weather is still better – because it’s WARM!
Which season do you love the most?
