Today I have another Born Pretty Store stamping polish to share with you. I have been impressed with some of their stamping polishes recently so I was excited to try out another one. This is their pink stamping polish, listed as number 11.
That little gap on my middle finger was my own fault – and other than that, it stamped great. It was a little less vibrant over the dark colour, but still showed up really well and was easy to stamp with. The colour actually looked pretty close to what you see in the bottle, which is more of a dusty pink.
As usual, I wanted to do a second look to fully show you this polish, and this time I used a lighter base.
For these ones I started with a base of Sinful Colors Snow Me White then added a coat of Essence Cool Breeze, because I wanted an iridescent look, but you can’t really see it any more. I then added a coat of Essence Party In a Bottle, and I almost gave up because it turned out to be way more packed with glitter than I thought it was. Usually that would be a good thing, but I’d just wanted a light dusting of the turquoise glitter. Luckily, I decided to go ahead and try out the stamping anyway, because I really liked the final product!
I stamped using Moyou Mother Nature Collection 01 and, of course, the pink stamping polish. You can see that the polish looks more vibrant over the lighter base, however it’s worth noting that I think it’s actually darker here than it is in the bottle.
Even if the colour does appear a little different over different bases, this one is another win for me. Which look did you like best?
