The polish used in this post was provided as a sample via Influenster’s Voxbox.
You may have heard of the popular Seche Vite top coat, but did you know Seche makes colours as well? I’d heard of Seche Premier Colour, but hadn’t paid them much attention. However, I was lucky enough to get one in a recent Voxbox to share with you all.
The shade I got is called Intrepid. From the moment I pulled out the bottle, I knew I had a winner. While I may not be a pink fan, I love my magentas! Not only that, but the strong blue shimmer is spectacular.
I was pleasantly surprised with the formula, as well. It went on beautifully smoothly and shown here is two easy coats with Seche Vite top coat. The brush was a little broader than I prefer, but not problematic. It may seem like a silly thing, but I really liked the bottle. The shape looks stylish and it just felt high-quality with the thick glass, and the snazzy cap.
Just LOOK at that shimmer! It really comes out in the macro shot! I found that the effect of the shimmer varied depending on the lighting conditions. In brighter light, you could clearly see the shimmer as above, while in lower light it appeared more as an inner glow within the polish.
Overall, I am beyond impressed with my first Seche Premier Colour experience. I won’t make the mistake of overlooking them again! This is the only one I’ve tried, so of course it’s possible I just got the best shade, but it is a fantastic one! What do you think? Do you love strong shimmers as much as I do?
