Hi everyone!

As the saying goes, April showers bring May flowers – we’ve been having plenty of April showers, I’m just waiting on the May flowers! I decided to start a little early on my nails.

Painted Fingertips | Flower Garden StampingI started with a base of the Sweet & Sour Lacquer April POTM. Did you get yours yet? There’s only a week left in April, so if you like this polish you’d better get it while you can! I decided to try some double stamping – first of all, I stamped using the net-like portion of image from Born Pretty Store plate L008 (reviewed here) and Born Pretty stamping polish #9. I then stamped multiple times using a small individual flower image from plate BP-73 (reviewed here), rotating between Powder Perfect Silver Stamping Polish and Golden Stamping Polish, Essence Stamp me! White, Born Pretty stamping polish #3 (black) and Born Pretty stamping polish #18 (turquoise).Painted Fingertips | Flower Garden StampingI definitely appreciated my clear stamper while doing these nails, I needed it to make sure I didn’t stamp the flowers over one another! I really liked using all these different coloured stamping polishes together. Painted Fingertips | Flower Garden StampingDoesn’t it look just like a flower garden? If you had a garden with gold, silver and black flowers, of course! At least the white and turquoise are a little more realistic 🙂

Are you as ready for Spring as I am? It’s been warming up gradually but it looks like Minnesota still has a last few chilly days in store for us here!
