The items in this post were provided for my honest review.
Hi everyone!
Remember my post last week about the new releases from Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer? They also re-released a few gorgeous older polishes and I have four of them to share with you today! All of these are available right now on the Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer site.
Aren’t those flakes gorgeous on the macro?
The first one and my predictable favourite is Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Chasing the Skyline. This is a gorgeous ocean blue packed with shifty iridescent flakes. Shown here are two coats with top coat.
The formula on this one was great and of course, I loved the polish. I like blue polish in general and the iridescent flakes just make this one so special.
See what I mean? Those flakes are fantastic!
Next up is Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Rent Boy.
This is the type of deep sexy dark red that everyone needs in their collection!
Shown here are two coats with top coat. This polish has that magical creme-jelly finish that combines opacity with an incredible shine and squishy finish. Great formula on this one once again!
This is such a wonderfully deep shade – can you just imagine it with a little lacy stamping?
Look at that macro – so smooth and shiny!
Next up is the lovely Monster’s Tea at Tiffany’s.
Such a gorgeously shimmery shade!
This is a minty creme packed with a golden shimmer.
The formula on this one was a little trickier – I had to be extra careful with it to avoid bubbling. Shown here three thin coats with top coat.
Finally, the extra bright Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Rubby.
This one is an incredibly bright neon pink with added shimmer.
This one was honestly too bright for my camera to capture properly – it’s even more vibrant in reality! It’s an incredibly bright pink with magenta shimmer.
Shown here are three thin coats of Rubby with top coat. I had to be careful in applying this one to avoid bubbling as well, although it was a humid day when I was swatching this one.
Look at how lovely that shimmer is! This is one rare case in which the macro actually seems closer to the true colour than my other pictures.
So what do you think of these four? Are there any that you’d like to get your hands one?
They are available here on the website. Also remember to join the BEGLove Facebook group for updates and access to special group shades!
