Crowstoes Huginn & Muninn Swatch

Hi everyone!

Are you familiar with Crowstoes Nail Color? If you are, you’ve probably seen pictures of some of their incredible multichromes, or perhaps you own some yourself! Not long ago, I was lucky enough to win a small giveaway in their Facebook fan group which basically amounted to enough store credit for one polish. I decided to try out one of those multichromes I’d been drooling over forever!

Painted Fingertips | Swatch - Crowstoes Huginn & Muninn SparkedThis is Crowstoes Huginn & Muninn (Sparked). Not long ago, a couple of old favourite multichromes were re-released in ‘sparked’ (scattered holo) and linear holo versions. I love a little scattered holo in a multichrome – it adds interest, without taking away from the strength of the multichrome shift!

Painted Fingertips | Swatch - Crowstoes Huginn & Muninn SparkedShown here are two coats of Huginn & Muninn (sparked) with top coat. The formula was great and easy to work with, and look at that shift! This is a purple-blue-green multichrome, with purple being the dominant colour. I did find that in lower lighting conditions, the green became more dominant and it looked like a more olive green shifty polish. You can see what I mean on the macro:
