Hi everyone!
It’s day 3 of the Digital Dozen’s Throwback week and today I’ve combined it with Water Marble Wednesday! I found this gorgeous water marble done by Serene of Copycat Claws. I loved the bright colous and the spacey theme so I decided to do my own version.
To get this look, I started with a base of OPI Silver Canvas Undercoat. I then marbled using OPI Pen & Pink, Purple Perspective, Turquoise Aesthetic, Chromatic Orange, and Primarily Yellow. I didn’t have the same polishes Serene used in her marble and although these colours are different, I thought they would work well for my own version of the look.
On top of the marble, I used black acrylic paint and Zoya Trixie to paint the stars, crescent moon and rocket ship.
Serene stamped the spacey images in her look so they look much more perfect than mine, but I didn’t have the right plate so I did the best I could with a paintbrush. I still think it looks cool!
And although my marble isn’t quite as bright as hers, I think it is very pretty!
I honestly liked Serene’s version of this look better than my recreation, but I enjoyed recreating this look – and I love the bright colours of the marble!
