It’s day 3 of The Digital Dozen does Indie Love! So far this week, I’ve done a spring floral stamping decal look featuring Polish ‘M, and a colourful drip marble featuring Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer. Today, I decided to fit in a Water Marble Wednesday look, this time featuring Vapid Lacquer.
I also wanted to keep the Spring vibe going with this look – come on, snow, melt already! The shades of Vapid’s Candy Shop collection plus some floral stamping made a perfectly Spring-ready look.
To get this look, I water marbled using Vapid Rock Candy, Lollipop, and Gum Drop. I then stamped using my Born Pretty Store white stamping polish and plate BeautyBigBang10.
I really love these pastels from Vapid for water marbles. I already did a marble using all the polishes in the collection a little while ago; this time I selected just 3 to get a different, simpler look. I selected those that I thought would work best for a very soft Spring look, but pretty much any combination of these shades would look lovely.
Two macros this time around because I liked the different way the marble turned out on different nails!
If you hadn’t noticed it yet, I’m trying out a new photo pose (the one shown above). I’ve shared a similar pose in a couple of posts now and I’d love to hear what you think of it! I may be doing my nail art because I enjoy it, but a part of these posts are for YOU to enjoy, too, so let me know if you like the new pose or not.
Do you have any favourite Vapids to recommend?
