The polishes in this post were provided for my honest review.
Today I have two Polish Con shades from Sassy Pants polish – their event exclusive, and their half of a mini duo with Leesha’s Lacquer. I hope that you have been keeping up with all of these Polish Con posts and figuring out what you need to get your hands on! In case you missed any, click the links to see exclusive/VIP/LE polishes from Fair Maiden, Aurora Nail Lacquer, Tonic Polish, Sassy Sauce Polish, the Minnesota Nice Box, Blush Lacquers, Bee’s Knees Polish, Native War Paints, KBShimmer, and Leesha’s Lacquer.
In today’s post, I will start off with the exclusive shade from Sassy Pants.Sassy Pants also has a few limited edition shades that I don’t have to show you, but both the exclusive and the limited editions are inspired by Prince’s Paisley Park and are a play on names of his songs. You can’t go wrong with a name like Purple Reign for a Prince-inspired polish.
Purple Reign is a squishy purple base packed with green-magenta flakies and green shimmer. It is a magnetic polish, but I didn’t have a good magnet to use on it – I tried holding a tiny fridge magnet over it, but this had no effect.
The official description is an ultra chameleon chrome magnetic polish with chameleon iridescent flakes that shift from green to blue to violet. Here I am showing two coats plus top coat. It looked a little uneven on the first coat, but the second coat smoothed it out and gave it that opacity.
Water Fun at Lake Nokomis is the second half of a mini duo with Leesha’s Lacquer. The duo will be available at Polish Con for $16 for the two mini polishes.
Water Fun at Lake Nokomis is a vibrant, squishy blue jelly packed with blue and holo glitter in different shapes and sizes – from medium-large hexes to tiny squares. It looks good enough to swim in! The official description is an indigo blue jelly with scattered holographic pigment and glitters plus assorted iridescent blue and purple hex glitters.
