Autumn Leaves Nail Art

Falling leaves freehand autumn nail art

Hi everyone!

It’s very definitely Autumn here and all of the leaves are changing! The tree outside my window was still green a couple of weeks ago but it’s golden-yellow now and rapidly losing its leaves. Soon it will be bare and winter will be here!

The other day I really felt like doing some freehand leaves on my nails and now they are just perfectly seasonal. I decided on a mix of Fall colours with a little orange and yellow, and less realistic colours with the blue. I just liked the effect of these colours together and I think they still bring that Autumn vibe across!

To get this look, I started with a base of Polish ‘M Just Breathe. I then used acrylic paints and a fine nail art brush for all of the leaves and dots.

I really liked how this turned out! As you can see, the leaves were not very detailed and they were very quick to paint, but the overall effect is just what I was going for.
