Moonflower Polish | Vampy Cremes Stamping

Some items in this post were provided for honest review.

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to share this post with you! A short while ago, Nadia of Moonflower Polish approached me and asked me if I could showcase a few of her polishes on my blog. Of course I leapt at the opportunity! Most polishes made by Moonflower are intended as stamping polish, so of course they are perfect for me with all of the nail art I do. In fact, just the other day I was thinking that I needed something fresh in my stamping repertoire and purchased a few new plates. These stamping polishes were perfect to add to that and I think you will like them too!

Today I have 5 brand new Moonflower polishes to share, the Vampy Cremes. These are releasing tomorrow morning, 23 February, at 9 am EST on the Moonflower Polish site. They are all dark creme bases with complementary colour shifting shimmers. They will be priced at $8 for a 15 ml bottle, or $38 for the set of 5. They are also available in mini bottles at $5 each or $23 for the set of 5. Do note that since these are highly pigmented, they may cause staining of nails, skin, or stampers; however I personally have not had any issues with staining while using these as stamping polishes.

I have tested each of these stamping polishes over both a light and a dark colour, so there are no less than 10 stamped looks to follow! It is a long, picture-heavy post, but worth it. Keep on scrolling to see how amazing each of the stamping polishes looks!

Hi everyone!

January’s Polish Pickup is rapidly approaching and today I have this month’s Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer polish to share with you. I’ve posted about Polish Pickup a couple of times before, but in case you’re not familiar with it yet, this is a monthly pop-up nail polish shop with a new theme each month. January’s theme is Crystals & Gemstones, and at this point dozens of makers are participating with their own themed polishes, cuticle oils, nail decals, etc. All of the products are available through a pre-order on the Polish Pickup site from 5-8 January, and you can join the Facebook Group for more swatches and updates on coming months.

Forest Green Drip Marble

Hi everyone!

You all enjoyed last week’s dark and mysterious drip marble so much – and I had so much fun creating it – that I decided to do another drip marble for today! Today, I decided to go with just different shades of green. I wanted to bring across a forest vibe.

Dark and Mysterious Drip Marble

Hi everyone!

I recently shared my Jupiter drip marble nail art with you, and not only did I absolutely love the outcome of the nail art, but I also really enjoyed the process of creating the drip marble. So, I decided to do another one! This one isn’t inspired by any cool NASA images, it’s just a random drip marble in deep, dark colours.

The Digital Dozen Does Futuristic: Jupiter Nails

Hi everyone!

It’s the final day of The Digital Dozen’s Futuristic week, and I’ve saved my favourite look for last! It was only my favourite by a small margin – I loved my metallic dipped fingers as well. The other looks I’ve shared so far this week were some Star Trek nails, holo and neon geometric nails, and chrome half-moon nails. Today, I have done some nails inspired by Jupiter!

The Digital Dozen Does Story Genres: Horror

Hi everyone!

It’s day 3 of the Digital Dozen Does story genres and it’s also Water Marble Wednesday! I have managed to combine both with an eerie dripping blood water marble to represent the horror genre.

Water Marble Wednesday: Layered Water Marble

Hi everyone!

It’s Water Marble Wednesday! Do you remember last week’s marble? Do you remember me mentioning that it would be important for this week, too? …Have you spotted it yet? Last week’s marble is actually the base for this week’s marble! I’ve done my first ever layered water marble. I’ve done marbles over gradients or other art bases before, but this is my first time layering two marbles!
