The polishes used in this post include both press samples and items purchased at a blogger discount.
I am so excited to share today’s post with you. Not only am I going to share seven beautiful new polishes from The Howling Boutique’s Supermoon Lacquer with you, but there is also a giveaway at the end! You will be able to win your choice of two of these beauties – this post is picture heavy but be sure to make it through to the end for the giveaway!
Supermoon Lacquer is a relatively new brand, but one that has already caught my eye – you may have noticed me using one of their polishes as the base for my water drops nail art a couple of weeks ago. Of course, I jumped at the chance to swatch their new, gloriously darker collection, filled with shimmer and shift. This is Supermoon’s third full collection and it may just be their best yet!
Today’s theme in the 31 Day Challenge is animal print. I’ve never been that much of a fan of the ‘usual’ types of animal print you see – leopard and zebra – although I did enjoy the mini leopard print I did a while back. For today’s look, I decided to stretch the definition of animal print and did a look that reminded me of an Hawaiian print shirt, complete with a flamingo.
The polishes used in this post were provided for my honest review.
Today I am excited to share a new collection from Darling Diva Polish with you. This 8-piece collection, called Watch Your Pack, is inspired by the TV show Teen Wolf. I haven’t watched Teen Wolf yet, but considering previous DDP collections include Deadpool, which I liked, and Star Wars, which I love, maybe I should! This collection is releasing this Friday, 22 July, and all polishes are one-pour only, which means when they’re sold out, they’re gone forever. I absolutely love this collection so I’ve taken a lot of pictures (picture heavy post!) and I recently got a macro lens for my phone – if you follow me on Snapchat you may have already seen macros of some of these – so for the first time on Painted Fingertips, I’ll be including macro shots of all polishes as well. Enjoy!

It’s time for another quick 5 minute nail art look! If you aren’t familiar with this series, you can go check out my first #5minutenailart post for an explanation, but the basic idea is that I’ll start with a plain, single-colour manicure as a base, and then have just 5 minutes to turn it into nail art.

I have a review of another Born Pretty Store stamping plate to share with you today. I’ve actually already used this plate a couple of times, for my multicoloured flowers stamping and for these teal flowers – which I loved, so go take a look! I haven’t shown you the plate specifically yet, though, so I’ve done another 2 manicures using the plate to show you the pretty nail art you can do!

Today I have another Born Pretty Store product to share with you. I decided to try some of their Nail Vinyls. I’ve seen nail vinyls everywhere over the past few months but I haven’t tried many myself yet.
I finally did it! I finally came up with a post title based on one of the nail polishes I used! I see other bloggers having these catchy titles all the time and I usually just can’t 🙂
I have another #5minutenailart to share with you today and this is one of my favourites I’ve done so far! If you’d like to know more about what this series is about, you can check out my first #5minutenailart post. The basic idea is that I’ll start with a base of a single-colour manicure, then have just 5 minutes to turn it into nail art.
Today I have swatches of two gloriously blue Sinful Colors polishes to share with you. I’ve had both of these in my stash for ages, so I hope that you can still find them!
