I hope you’re having a wonderful, peaceful Christmas, if you celebrate it, or a delightful Monday if not! Today I have a nail art look to share that is perfect for either a Christmas look in red and white, or just as an elegant swirly manicure for any occasion.
Things have been quieter than usual around here – but I’m back with some Christmassy nail art! Last week I was away at a conference in New Orleans. I was supposed to get back on Sunday and I had a couple of posts planned for this week that I just needed to write up. Instead – I had a connection in Atlanta and I got stuck there due to the power failure at the airport! I only got back on Tuesday evening, and while I intended to get a blog post up on Wednesday, I was too tired out and just needed a break! I’m finally back, though, with a fun Christmas-themed drip marble.
A couple of weeks ago, I shared half of the Polish ‘M Christmas Collection with you. Today I’m back with the second half, focusing on the cooler colours in the collection. Unfortunately, most of the polishes from this half of the collection are already sold out. Only one, Holly Jolly Christmas, is still available. Several from the other half of the collection are still available too, and all on sale at half price!
As I mentioned in the first post, this collection consists of ten polishes, each featuring a jelly base packed with coordinating and holo glitter. The collection is phenomenal for water marbling, and I have already shared not only one but two water marbles using this collection. (more…)
It’s the last day of the Digital Dozen December week! So far this week I’ve shared beach nails, snow nails, birthday nails, and a Christmas tree design. Christmas has always been my favourite holiday, and it’s a big part of December to me, so today I have another Christmas design to share with you.
Naturally, December brings Christmas! I’ve always loved Christmas and I have happy childhood memories of setting up the Christmas tree. When we first got a fake tree, we had far too many ornaments for the tiny tree but we insisted on squeezing them all on anyway – it probably looked ridiculous but we liked it and we’d sit around it in the evenings with all of the lights on 🙂
The semester is coming to an end soon and I have been really busy trying to get everything finished – and still share some nail art with you! I love doing Christmas nail art and I have a few designs lined up already. Today, I have some nail art reminiscent of Christmas candy canes.
I have a couple more pictures than usual today but I think you’ll agree, it’s worth it! Besides, today is my birthday and I can show you as many pictures as I want! That’s also how I’m getting away with using this one nail art for two different things – this is both for the Christmas theme in my Crumpets Nail Tarts collaborative challenge, AND for the holiday/winter theme being done by the Hobby Polish Bloggers group today. Maybe that’s why I had to make these nails so great 😉
