We’re into the final section of the 31 Day Challenge! All the rest of the themes are ‘inspired by’ something and today’s is inspired by a colour. The beginnings of autumn have definitely arrived here in Minnesota and a few of the trees are beginning to change. It seems like this year I’ve caught the fall bug, too. I love summer, but I’ve found myself drawn to browns and bronzes recently. In the Voxbox I received from Influenster a few weeks ago, I got a bottle of Seche Intrepid and also a coupon to get a second colour with the purchase of a bottle of Seche Vite. Seche Vite is a great top coat, so of course I took advantage of it. The colour I decided to pick was the perfectly autumny Seche Whimsical.
Can you believe we’re on day 20 of the 31 Day Challenge? We’re two thirds of the way there, I hope I can make it through the last stretch! Today’s theme is water marble. You may remember the Water Marble Wednesday feature I had on the blog for a while – I have done a lot of water marbles since I started Painted Fingertips. It seems like it’s been forever since I’ve done one, though! I’ve been more focused on other techniques over the past few months, but water marbles are still something special.
The polish used in this post was provided as a sample via Influenster’s Voxbox.
You may have heard of the popular Seche Vite top coat, but did you know Seche makes colours as well? I’d heard of Seche Premier Colour, but hadn’t paid them much attention. However, I was lucky enough to get one in a recent Voxbox to share with you all.
