Some items in this post were provided for honest review. This post contains affiliate links.

Hi everyone!

I’m back to finish off the week with one more Born Pretty Store product review. This time it is for a stamping plate that is perfect for Autumn – plate BP-156. This is a small round plate with 4 different leafy designs. I have actually used this same plate for the Fall look I shared with you earlier this week. Today I have manicures using 2 more of the designs on the plate – so there is just one more gorgeous leafy pattern on the plate that I haven’t tried yet.

Starburst stamping over neons

Hi everyone!

I have a bright and fun look to share with you today, and I just can’t decide what to call it! Somehow in my head I keep thinking ‘Starburst stamping’ but I don’t know how this look is really a starburst! It’s not quite like fireworks, and it’s not exactly an abstract floral. So what is it? It looks cool, either way!

Water Marble Wednesday: Layered Neons and Black

Hi everyone!

It’s Water Marble Wednesday! Today I’ve done another layered water marble. I did my first layered water marble a couple of weeks ago, but I’ve gone with a completely different look for this one. The one similarity is a colourful base marble topped with a single-colour layered marble.

Water Marble Wednesday: Layered Water Marble

Hi everyone!

It’s Water Marble Wednesday! Do you remember last week’s marble? Do you remember me mentioning that it would be important for this week, too? …Have you spotted it yet? Last week’s marble is actually the base for this week’s marble! I’ve done my first ever layered water marble. I’ve done marbles over gradients or other art bases before, but this is my first time layering two marbles!

Swatch: Sweet & Sour Lacquer April POTM

The polish swatched in this post was provided for my honest review.

Hi everyone!

Are you a fan of Sweet & Sour Lacquer? They’re a fairly new-to-me brand, this is only the second time anything from them is appearing on the blog. The first was this bright swirly neon water marble than I did using their Catchphrases collection. Today, I have a swatch of their April POTM (polish of the month) to share with you. Water Marble Wednesday: Catchphrases Collection Neon Swirls

Hi everyone!

It’s Water Marble Wednesday! I didn’t do a water marble last week since I couldn’t think of a good way to include it in the Digital Dozen theme, but I’m back with something extra colourful and swirly today. The Digital Dozen Does Art: Lichtenstein-style Pop Art

Hi everyone!

It’s day 3 of the Digital Dozen does art! I’ve really enjoyed this theme so far and I loved both of the nail art looks I’ve already shared with you. In case you missed them, I recreated Munch’s The Scream and a gorgeous vibrant tree artwork by Megan Duncanson.

Today I’ve moved away from freehand art for the first time this week (don’t worry, there’s more freehand coming later in the week!) to create a pop art look. Painted Fingertips | The Digital Dozen Does Art - lichtenstein-style pop art (more…)
