Today’s theme for the 31 Day Challenge is ‘inspired by a flag’. This has never been a very popular theme of the challenge; to me it seems oddly specific compared to most of the other themes. The American flag is usually popular, firstly since so many bloggers are from the US and secondly because the vibrant colours and the stars and stripes both lend themselves to nail art. I’ve never gone in that direction before, until today!
Today’s theme in the 31 Day Challenge is delicate print, perfect for my freehand challenge! For this one I felt like I could just have fun doing something randomly detailed to fulfill the theme.

You may remember that about 2 months ago, I reviewed a clear stamper from Born Pretty Store. Here I am with yet another clear stamper from them. The difference is that while the stamper I showed you previously had a clear head, the holder was frosted. This stamper has a completely clear holder as well. This is fantastic because with the first clear stamper I had to change the way I stamped in order to be able to see where I was placing the image; with this one, I can stamp as I normally do and still be able to see the image as I stamp.

Today I have another Born Pretty Store stamping plate review to share with you. As usual, I have done 2 different looks to show you what this plate can do. A schematic of the plate is shown below:
As you can see, this plate consists of two halves with continuous patterns, so you can choose any part of the pattern to stamp with or use different parts for each nail. I have done one look using each half. This is plate BP-L002.
The 4th of July is almost here and that means it’s time for some All-American nail art! Since I’m living in the USA at the moment I decided to do something fun for Independence Day.
